Juzoor Strengthens Nursery Supervisors’ and Caregivers’ Capacities in Early Childhood Development
Juzoor for Health and Social Development conducted a series of training workshops aimed at strengthening the capacities of nursery supervisors and caregivers in Early Childhood Development (ECD). Three two-day workshops were held across the northern, central, and southern governorates of the West Bank between August and October 2026, bringing together nursery supervisors from the Ministry of Social Development and nursery caregivers.
The workshops focused on integrating the Nurturing Care approach into nursery settings, enhancing participants’ knowledge and educational skills, improving the quality of care and early childhood education, and promoting safe, supportive, and stimulating environments for children’s growth and development, in line with the National Early Childhood Development Strategy.
This activity was conducted under the Primary Healthcare NGO Consortium (2026–2029)” funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), and managed by the NGO Development Center (NDC).
