Job title: Director of Training and Capacity Development

Faten Tannous is the Director of Training and Capacity Development at Juzoor for Health and Social Development. She has extensive experience in healthcare professional education, capacity development, and training program management.

Since joining Juzoor in 2008, Faten has played a key role in the development and expansion of its professional training programs and international partnerships. She serves as the American Heart Association (AHA) International Training Center Coordinator for Juzoor and oversees several internationally accredited programs, she manages programs focused on maternal and newborn health, emergency care, surgical skills, and patient safety.

Her work is centered around strengthening the capabilities of healthcare professionals, developing local faculty and instructors, ensuring the quality of training and adherence to accreditation standards, and establishing sustainable partnerships that enhance the quality and resilience of the Palestinian health system.
