Jennifer Dabis
Jennifer Dabis is a dedicated public health professional with a strong academic background, holding degrees in Biology, Pharmacy, and a Master’s in Public Health. She is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing an Executive Master’s in Public Health Emergency Management.
As the Senior Partnership and MEAL Manager at Juzoor for Health and Social Development, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in shaping and guiding health and social development programs. She provides strategic leadership, ensuring that initiatives align with organizational goals while contributing to high-level decision-making and planning.
Jennifer has been at the forefront of emergency response efforts, particularly leading and monitoring the response to the Gaza War – 2023. She developed a comprehensive response plan, collaborated with donors, and ensured a smooth transition from emergency relief to recovery.
In addition to her leadership in humanitarian response, Jennifer drives business development and proposal writing, leading the creation of funding proposals that integrate local partner perspectives and align with strategic objectives. She also spearheads monitoring and evaluation efforts, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of projects across the organization.
A committed mentor, Jennifer is passionate about capacity building, supporting staff in public health programming, monitoring, and evaluation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
