Jennifer Dabis

Jennifer Dabis is a public health professional with expertise in health systems strengthening, humanitarian response, and program development. She holds degrees in Biology and Pharmacy, as well as a Master’s in Public Health, and is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in Public Health Emergency Management.

As Director of Development at Juzoor for Health and Social Development, Jennifer provides strategic leadership in designing and advancing health and social development programs. She plays a key role in guiding organizational strategy, strengthening partnerships, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Jennifer has been closely involved in emergency response efforts, including leading and monitoring Juzoor’s response to the Gaza war since 2023, where she helped develop comprehensive response plans and coordinate with international donors and partners. She also leads proposal development and supports capacity building within the organization, strengthening public health programming,
monitoring and evaluation, and institutional learning.
