As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen emergency response capacities in primary health care, Juzoor team conducted a field visit to the Royal Kids College in Ramallah, aiming to support the preparedness of early childhood care staff to act as first responders in emergency situations involving children, and to enhance protection and safety within early childhood settings.
During the visit, a practical training session was delivered to teachers, assistants, and the administrative team, focusing on essential skills for managing emergencies in children, including infant CPR using training mannequins, and how to respond to choking and burn cases. The training also covered basic response to fainting and measuring vital signs such as blood pressure, under the supervision of Juzoor’s specialized team.
