Juzoor and Asfari Foundation Strengthen the Capacity of the Palestinian Early Childhood Development Network to Use Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research

As part of its ongoing efforts to support the Palestinian Early Childhood Development Network and build the capacities of its members, Juzoor for Health and Social Development, in partnership with the Asfari Foundation, organized a specialized training on the use of artificial intelligence tools throughout the stages of scientific research. The training brought together a number of researchers, academics, and representatives of institutions and organizations working in the early childhood development sector.

The training was held as part of Juzoor’s efforts to strengthen the capacities of Network members and promote the use of modern tools in developing scientific research from formulating research questions and collecting and analyzing information to utilizing research findings to influence policies and practices related to early childhood development.

The training also focused on the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence tools and how they can be leveraged to improve the efficiency and quality of research, while emphasizing the importance of verifying information, maintaining scientific integrity, and ensuring that researchers review and critically assess AI-generated outputs.

Juzoor emphasized that the training builds on its role in supporting and advancing the work of the Palestinian Early Childhood Development Network and strengthening the capacities of its members and professionals working in the sector. These efforts contribute to generating evidence and knowledge that respond to national priorities and needs and support the development of policies and programs addressing the needs of children in Palestine.

The training was delivered by Insights for Research, Polling and Training through interactive sessions and practical exercises, enabling participants to explore key artificial intelligence tools and their applications across different stages of the scientific research process.

This activity reflects the commitment of Juzoor, in partnership with the Asfari Foundation, to investing in capacity building and strengthening the knowledge and professional tools of Network members, further enhancing the Network’s role as a national platform for coordination, knowledge exchange, and advocacy in the field of early childhood development.
